Face-to-face personalised Reiki session including pre-session consultation to talk about your specific needs. Allows more time for relaxation, to relieve stress and support healing. May include guided meditation, crystals and essential oils.

Face-to-face personalised, intuitively guided Reiki Healing session. Recommended as a follow-up session or an energy tune-up. May include crystals and essential oils. 

Reiki and guided meditation in the comfort of your home (via Microsoft Teams). Distance energy healing is equally effective as in-person because the energy is not limited by time or distance. The practitioner will send instructions over email at least 12 hours before the session. Includes emailed Chakra report shortly after.

Reiki is a safe and gentle complementary therapy that can be beneficial for both children and pets. It helps to calm and relax them, which may improve healing and provide a sense of wellbeing. Includes a pre-session consultation. Additional short remote sessions may be included. Email for the booking link.

*Children from 7 to 14 years old only. One parent must be present during the session.

*Animals love Reiki. However, in some cases, it's best to keep them secured while they receive it. Mobile sessions may also be available.
